Fine Jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewelry, please follow these care instructions:

• Take off your jewelry before your daily rituals such as - showering, applying lotion, perfume, exercising, washing dishes, etc.
• Before bedtime, lay your jewelry out flat on a fabric surface to avoid tangling and/or scratching.
• To clean your jewelry, use a soft toothbrush with dish soap and gently scrub the metal and diamonds. We do not suggest an ultrasonic cleaner.
• Do not clean any semi precious gemstones or pearls with chemicals, abrasives, or solvents.

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All jewelry requires signature upon delivery (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Wilson Diamond Brokers due to several failed delivery attempts). If a piece is in stock, we typically ship 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.

Every piece you buy from Wilson Diamond Brokers offers a free one year warranty protecting against any defect resulting from its manufacture, wear, tear or damage. We will provide free services such as cleaning and inspection, re-sizing, polishing, rhodium and minor repairs. We do all repairs for you jewelry in house in a timely manner. This policy does not apply to center diamonds or gemstones over 0.20 carat. Any modification or alteration by another jeweler will void this warranty. Warranty also does not cover jewelry that is purposely damaged or not worn responsibly.
