Both are real diamonds — optically, chemically, and physically identical. Natural diamonds formed in the earth over billions of years and hold enduring, generational value; lab grown diamonds offer the same beauty at a more accessible price, often letting you choose a larger or higher-quality stone. There's no wrong answer, and we'll walk you through both side by side so you can decide what feels right for your moment.
The honest answer: whatever fits your life — the old "three months' salary" rule is a marketing slogan, not a requirement. Most of our couples find beautiful options across a wide range of budgets, especially with lab grown diamonds in the mix. Tell us your number and we'll show you the very best it can do.
Yes. We work with diamonds graded by independent laboratories including GIA, IGI, HRD Antwerp, and GCAL. Most certified diamonds are laser-inscribed with a number matching their certificate, so you can always verify your diamond is the one that was graded. Certificates are delivered digitally with your purchase.
You book a time, and you get our full attention — no crowds, no hovering, no rush. Come with a photo, a Pinterest board, or nothing at all; we'll educate you on the 4 C's, show you stones in person, and guide you at your pace. Yes — custom design is what we love most. Bring an inspiration photo, a sketch, or even a family heirloom you'd like reimagined, and we'll design and craft it with you from stone selection to final polish. Your story, your stone.
We're happy to talk through resetting or redesigning around a stone you already own. Bring it to your appointment and we'll look at it together and walk you through your options.

Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty
At Wilson Diamond brokers, we have made it our commitment to sell high-quality jewelry, natural, and lab-grown diamonds to our customers. We warrant that all jewelry purchased from our website will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery and that the optical properties of the lab grown diamonds will never fade or cloud over time.
Our diamonds and jewelry are manufactured to the highest standards and use the highest quality materials. Each item is carefully inspected at our factory and our distribution facility prior to shipment.
We offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty to all of our customers, regardless of the price and type of item. The Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty is effective from the date of purchase, only for Wilson Diamond Brokers purchases, and it is non-transferrable.
Although we stand behind our product, we do exclude the following defects from the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty:
- General wear and tear, scratching, trauma, loss of center stones, product loss, theft, or improper cleaning and storage.
- Fading or discoloration of metals over time due to inadequate care (Examples: wearing it in the hot tub or swimming pool, spraying perfume or other chemicals directly on the jewelry, etc.)
- Precious metals, and especially prongs, wear down over time as part of normal use. Thinning of prongs due to regular wear might cause them to open up and the stone could be at risk of falling out. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.
- The loss of a stone caused by trauma or damage is not covered under the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.
Shipping Policies
Free Shipping
Wilson Diamond Brokers offers free overnight and insured shipping on all orders.
Signature Required
All jewelry shipments require a direct signature. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
Shipping Times
If an item is in stock it will ship immediately. Please note that if you've ordered multiple items, we batch them together as one shipment, unless otherwise requested via email.
Repairs & Resizing
Repairs
We are happy to repair an item purchased at no charge to you, within the first 120 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 120 days, or deemed to be caused by misuse, will incur repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer. Pricing for repairs vary depending on style and typically start at $30, plus shipping.
Resizing
Many (but not all) of our rings can be resized. Pricing for ring resizing varies depending on style and typically starts at $60. Requested ring resizing and shipping will be at the expense of the customer.
International
Repairs requiring international shipping will be charged for two-way shipping.
Warranty
We cannot accept responsibility for items repaired by any other jeweler. Any and all warranty of the piece will be considered void if another jeweler has worked on a Wilson Diamond Brokers design.
Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges
We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We do not provide refunds.
Personalized Items
Engraved, custom, and personalized products (including initials, lettering, birthstones and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Customization
Any variation in size, color or customization that is not available for “as-is” purchase on our website is considered a custom order and is FINAL SALE.
